My baby is 2 yrs 5 months old... She was suffering from fever nd vomiting from yesterday... I gave her paracetamol nd ondem according to her padaetrician.. But from today loose motion has also started... Nd from afternoon Watery motion starts.. Metronidazole has given twice but no effect.. Pls suggest what to do...
