I am 24 years old and have had chronic upper back pain for almost 4 years now. It is usually between my spine and shoulder blade. If i try to stretch out the pain there is a lot of neck cracking and popping ALL the time. I've done physio & chiro for months and no permanent results. I have 3 xrays of back, neck and shoulder, came back negative. Also have done message therapy. Its a severe aching and burning sensation. I also noticed I have very tender / bruised feeling vertebrae.
