Constant stomach pain

About two months ago I started havei g dull middle lower abdominal pain.I thought it might have something to do with my period but it came and went but the pain has stayed. Sometimes I have lower back pain with it. I have also had what feels like the bottom of my stomach is strained and this has happened twice.. It is functional pain I don’t even take meds for it. There are also some days where I will go a day or two with no pain.. I’m very scared and worried at this point that somethingis wrong
