Constant stomach ache

I am suffering from constant stomach ache since tuesday morning, even I had vomiting and loose motions till today was taken to hospital and then loose motions and vomiting are stopped now, but stomach ache is unbearable now.

Please Take Tab Dompan SR 3 1 on empty stomach Tab spasmofirst 6 1 1 Take very simple and light food for 3 days
