Everyday in the morning I have to spit white sputum from my throat. No throat pain.

This could mostly be due to post nasal drip arising out of sinusitis. In that case you will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further regarding the sinusitis and determine the probable treatment.
