I have been facing this problem of constant sneezing with watery eyes whenever i go outdoors and mouth is also filled with lot of saliva.

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis..take anti-allergic tablet for few days.. steam inhalation regularly.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
