Hi doctor its been a year since i am facing this problem i feel shiver all over my body sometimes and at that time i usualy feel hungry or i want to eat something sweet I feel weak and dizzy. From past few days i m feeling very tired and sleepy and eating more than usual.I have checked my bp but its normal. After that shiver when i eat something i feel weak and it takes me time to sit properly after getting up from lying position or i feel dizzy. It mostly happens when i m nervous or excited.
