I have been headache all over in my head...Like a migraine type..It's very painful ..Even paracetamol and general physical medicine not cure this. Please do the needful

True in migraine paracetamol or some other pain killers can work initially but if pain frequency and intensity has increased and hampering your daily activities then you have to take anti migraine medication which are different
