You may be looking at inferior turbinate of the nose which is a normal structure inside the nose. Unless you have symptoms of persistent nose block no treatment is required. You may also have associated reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
