Exactly 2 yrs earlier sudden pain started in RE and it lasted for few days
Later it occurred any time
I use mobile at a stretch of 2 to 3 hours daily

follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
My eyes are straining soon when I sit infront of laptop. I need some suggestions to reduce eyes burning.
