Constant pain on my left down side

I've been feeling pain on my left front down side. Yesterday there was pain from back very very down side. 3 days ago a doctor noticed very very small amount of blood in my urine. I also have polykistic over:12 on my left and 6 on my right side. But the pain is on my left side. Why am i having this mich pain/ache?

It is not necessary that pain are due to the multiple cysts. Referred  pain due to  Urinary or  bowel function abnormalities can be responsible.
