I am having cervical disk issues for more than 15 years. Now I am having severe pains spread over shoulder and arm. Have been doing traction several times, but very less improvement

Hello.. We need to examine you further extent of cervical spine degeneration or the herniation as without seeing ..I would suggest you to go for MRI of the spine and meet an orthopaedician or neuro surgeon...thank you
