I m suffering with right arm pain which starts from below my head I.e. Is behind my ears...and it travels to whole of my right arm...and it pains too much when I lie down. There is a swelling in my right arm also.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now I can just suggest you to take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
