Constant pain in my left hip

I slipped in the bathroom while taking a shower 2-3 days ago and since then my left butt has been hurting quite a lot. When I try to sit or stand up it pains quite a lot. I definitely am not able to run because when I tried yesterday my full pelvis section was paining. It also pains a little bit while walking but it is random.
