My 1 year child is having pain in left ear fro morning. After consultation we used Tariflox drops but he hasn't got relieved yet. Now, he is crying abruptly , kindly suggest something on urgent basis.

He seems to be suffering from acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type acute Middle ear infection in children. Usually it occurs secondary to common cold and viral upper respiratory tract infection. You may need to give antibiotics and analgesic syrups for few days
