I am having too much pain in the end of tongue at both the ends towards throat. It is for last 2days Also it is getting reddish. I am unable to eat and speak. I am have ulcer problems from last 10 years. Also from last 4years my body weight has dropped by 5-7kgs don't know. Please help!
