Hi you can take Take syp.Cremaffin plus 30 ml at night after dinner ( stop or decrease the dose in case of loose stool). DABUR NATURE CARE ISABGOL HUSK- one big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month
