Ate something bad 2 days ago. Had diarrhea on & off with lower abdominal pain for 2 hrs, took 4 pepto. Later for dinner ate normally, had same pain halfway through meal, took 2 pepto but could not use restroom. Ended going a little and it had red mucus around it. Yesterday, had dull lower abdominal pain thru day and did not eat except for dinner, had same sharp pain midway through meal. Went to the restroom a little bit (did not take pepto) and it was black & there was dark red on toilet paper.
