Constant leg pain

I've been having severe constant leg pain in my left leg mid region and it feels like my bone is being split and the pain goes up to my waste line and shoots back down. It lasts for about 5 to 7 min and completely immobilizes me in that time frame. This has been happening for about 5 months and it started off light now is very heavy and painful !!!

Leg pain radiating from waist as you described could be due lower back issues . Did you had episode of heavy weight lifting or fall followed by sudden jerk in your back in the past ?
