Constant irritation & discomfort in anus

Had a pain in anus for 2-3 days, then the pain has stopped, but feeling irritation, burning sensation, little pain in the anus. No blood found in the stool. Consulted a surgeon and he checked by using a lubricant and putting his finger in my anus and said that there was no problem. My local doctor checked from outside and said that it is piles. I m confused. This is going on for the last one month.

since the doctor checked properly so piles is ruled out . it could be constipation and worms or some infection. all these can be treated easily .
Next Steps
