Hello doctor I used xylomelazoline nasal solution after nose injury coz I had blocked nose but then irritation started after using nasal spray and pain increased. What to do now. Please suggest

Take Tab.Azax-500 once a day ,Plain water steam inhalation ,Tab.Signoflam 2 times a day, tab.Sinarest 1-2 times a day ;all for 3 days .do not use any nasal drops/spray , CALL 98 11 0 31656
