For about two weeks now I have had constant headache that is usually accompanied by nausea. I don't have a history of migraines. I'm also running a fever on and off with these headaches. Just a low grade 100 to 101 with flushed face. Recovered from cold and this started right away along with fatigue.

Hi, It could be a viral fever. You should get it investigated also. Complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen, IgM antibody. Malaria antigen test. You should take plenty of oral fluids, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, Cap. Bevon once daily. Hope you get well soon.
