Constant headache, vomit feeling, fever

I get a very bad frequent headache at right side of my head(sometimes includes right eye also) which lasts for few hours to days. This happens along with nausea and sometimes I vomit sometimes don't, also get fever. I feel as if my memory is getting weak, difficult to understand what one is saying and then to react, sometimes when I speak it goes stammering, slurring.
