Constant headache since 1 week

I am having constant headache since last one week and my eyes is constanly releasing water.I am a student and study a lot online through my computer and phone.I think my eyes need a checkup or might be I have to wear spects from nowonwards.please help me

1st get your eyes testing done  2nd check your temperature for possibility of fever. 3rd if both the conditions are ok then you might be having computer vision syndrome  ,for that  use lubricant eye drops and follow 20.. 20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. don't sit facing towards A.C..
