You will have to take a break from computer. Start with medicine zerodol SP 1 Tablet daily 2 times a day for 5 days. Tab Pantocid 40 mg 1 tablet daily empty stomach for 5 days. Then after 5 days take tablet Aceclo-SR 1 TABLET daily for 7 days.
