I’ve had the same headache for 5 days now, on the first day it was behind my eyes and down the one side of my nose. My one nostril was blocked and I felt sick. It has slowly gotten less painful but I haven’t had a day without a headache since. I tried taking cocodamol but that didn’t do anything. I’ve just been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen since. What can I do to get rid of these headaches?
