I've been in headache from last 3-4 days it pains from one side only pain in neck too and nausea headache gradually increases and become constant after sometime

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Dolo650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Start taking tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
