I have been having an unusual headache since 3 weeks , sometimes it becomes fine . This mostly happens when my eye no changes. Even if I am using my phone for a long time with out glass I get this headache .

If you have spectacles please continue wearing them. Many people gt headache when they dont use the prescribed spectacles
