I have been having a headache from a long time and using naratex whenever it's severe, I am having heavy bleeding in periods and it is coming down after six days and small bleeding for 13 days

Headache could be migraine,or BP or stress issues, and as regards heavy bleeding in periods might be due to some pathology like PCOs etc for which an ultrasound is a must.
