Sir in blood report it is O typhi1:40 titre h titre 1:160 reactive and in my cbc report lymphocyte and mchc level is decreased but monocyte is increased and my total platalate count is decreased from 276 to 204 in a month

your titre for typhoid is normal. you dont have typhoid . decrease in mchc level is not of significance. and platelet is also within normal range . if u have fever then repeat cbc after 3 days or else not an issue
