I've been having headaches for somedays and pain in my left constantly. I cannot read properly and cannot concentrate on a thing in close distance. I got a eye check up and everything was okay but the problem is still persisting

If there is no refractive error ,then you are definitely suffering from dryness due to overuse of smartphone or laptop ,you should use Systane ultra eye drops 5-6 times daily because due to lack of humidity in summer incidence of dryness drastically increases.
