Recently this pass week I have been feeling so tired and sleepy, two days ago I went to sleep at 8pm and woke up at 6 am for school and still felt tired. I dont have trouble sleeping at all though I go straight to sleep and wake up till my alarm goes off. When I feel sleepy and dont sleep like when I am at school i get a really bad headache. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it but soemtimes I find myself having to try really hard to breathe.
