Constant hairfall

Hi, I'm experiencing hair fall,not quite often but it happens irregularly with large quantum.Can you please explain what's happening and how can I overcome it.I don't have dandruff I clean hair daily.I take healthy food, workout daily but I'm unable to get why it's happening.

Hair fall can be due to multitude of reasons. It can be broadly classified as Telogen effluvium or androgenetic alopecia. Your dermatologist will examine you and depending upon the type , will prescribe you the treatment
