My friend is been suffering from fever since a week. His temperature is not at all reducing. He feel giddy when he stands up. Too much body pain and headache. Please give me some suggestions. And what does these symptoms indicate ?

These symptoms can be commonly due to malaria or typhoid or viral fever. I need to know more about her symptoms to advise blood tests and medicines.
