Constant fever for 12 days

Fever for 12 days. After 5 days started taking cefuroxime axetil twice daily for 5 days... calpol 4 times daily...still no results..malaria dengue test negative..wbc 3500..platelet 1 lakh..ultrasound suggests mild hepatosplenomegaly.. any advice
