Constant Eye itching
Eye of 12 year old child is itching which looks like allergic. Using lotel drop regularly, however it is not cured. Any better suggestion.

Itching mainly indicates allergic reaction. Frequently washing eyes with cold water relieves d allergy. Lotel is a mild steroid so shud b used under observation of ophthalmologist.
Olopat eye drops twice a day....along with talimus eye ointment at night ( rice grain amount into d eyes) are helpful in allergy cases.
Next Steps
try d drops and ointment atleast for a month as it takes time to act.
