Unable to sleep.constant coughing also leading to uncontrollable urine passing.itchiness in the throat.no flem. Very allergic to dust and pet hair also.

First, how did you confirm you have allergy to dust and pet hair. They can be irritant and not allergy. But if you have confirmed with skin prick test, then wonderful. Remove the pet from home and atleast from your bedroom. Take anti allergic medicine and get consult from a nearby pulmonologist.
