I've been facing with constant chest pain where my ECG shows pvc. My TMT is negative. But my echo shows. Minor rupture in aml mitral valve and trivial mitral regurgitating and tricuspid regurgitation. My cardio says it's a non cardiac chest pain.. Costochondritis.. Inflammation of chest muscles.. Should I be worried??

Since you are very young and your TMT is also negative chances of the pain being cardiac are very less But since your echo shows ruptured AML it should be evaluated I think you should get this evaluated Consult a cardiologist locally Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist

Hi The Echo must be mild Mitral valve prolapse with trivial MR.  Nothing to worry with that. It must be non cardiac pain.  Just concentrate on life style modifications for a healthy heart.
