I have been suffering with chest pain for the last 2 days and also breathing issues since last night

Chest pain with breathlessness , young age, no fever, only two days of history .... I advise you must go to a doctor and get examined....most likely you will be advised X-ray chest , if clinically relevant ....
Next Steps
Plural effusion or any other respiratory issue needs to be ruled out
