Constant chest pain and nuisance

I've been having a constant chest pain for a few months. It was right in the middle of my chest. Honestly I'm suspecting I'm having a heart attack symptoms because more than chest pain, I always vomit and feeling nuisance everytime I eat lunch. Moreover, I feel like I'm always trembling in fears, I have a constant headache and fever for a few times.

Unlikely to be heart problem, consult ur GP TO do an ecg nd eavluation abt ur symptoms thanks
