Constant blocked nose; struggle to breat
I have a constant blocked nose and cannot breathe at all through one nostril. I have tried numerous nasal sprays, I have been tested negative for all appropriate allergies and even had a septaplasty, which did not work. This has happened for as long as I can remember; I don't know what else it could be need an answer ASAP.
Persistent nose block in your case might be due to hypertropied inferior turbinate, failed septoplasty, polyposis, adenoid hypertrophy. You have to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to identify cause of nasal obstruction
