I am 57 years old woman. Suffering from backache from the last 3 days. When I get up from bed after sleep,, the pain remains for 1 hour. Pain gets severe. Effected part is on right side, above hip.

Consult Now
Such pains are mostly due to bad posture or muscle sprain. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest and hot fomentation. If pain persists beyond 3-5 days then consult a Neurospine specialist.
