Constant backache, bodyweakness, headach

I have been having lower back ach for sometimes now.started in January then it stopped but now is back again..my body is weak. All I want to do is sleep. I have a little bit of sore throat &head ach that comes a go. I also have the pain behind the neck, upper shouder mostly it happens when I am about to write the exams or worried of something.
