Anal pain continuous for few weeks increased on sitting , burning sensation post defecation for few minutes had colonoscopy report came normal on DRE nothing relevant was found .I myself a MBBS graduate d/d can be fissure in ano or haemorrhoid or may be levator Ani least likely though one thing more it has a odd feeling feeble pain or spasm/tightness always mostly on 9oclock position ,need dx and m/n help Thanks in advance
