My cousin is having consistent urge to urinate all the time before she sleeps at night. She has been on medication solicept 5 mg from one month but no improvement is there. Does she need Cystocop y? Is this serious?

First of she herself need to consult , for better two way communication. Need to evaluate by doing some urine test and USG KUB. Accordingly medication can be upgraded/changed.
