I had arthroscopic shoulder surgery 1 year ago, Now after all the physical therapy I have been told I need a 2nd surgery. I have the MRI reading:
Small intersistal tear lateral attach of supraspinatus tendon measures 4mm.
Mild tendinopathy of supraspinatus tendon with thickening.
Extensive partial thickness tear undersurface tear at ANT. attch, 80% of tendon thickness, intact bursal surface tendon seen
Heterogenous signal of SUP labrum possible tear? or from prior surgery
