Hi sir/madam. Can you please explain if there will be any genetic problems for my offsprings if i marry a girl who is the grand daughter of my mothers brother. Girls mother is from outside family. Girl will be my niece. Is she closely related to  get genetic diseases for children. Please suggest whether to proceed with these kind of marriages or not? Please help...
