My eyes are red since morning... looks like conjunctivitis. Please prescribe an eye drop

Hello If it is conjunctivitis then A. Use antibiotic eyedrop frequently along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
