Eyes became dark red. I am using ciplox drops and following some precautions. Started with one eye and spreading slowly into the other one. Swelling sensation is also there. Do I need to use a better medication? Any suggestions please.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
