I'm a working professional and for the previous few month's having a strong urge of having sexual relation. It's now hampering my work and daily routine. This is from the time I stopped masturbating/porn completely (last 4 months). I'm not in a relationship currently in any from. In touch with my ex but only as a friend. Want to know is casual relationship healthy? Or hookup? Or virtual relationship? What trouble can it cause in later life? Also, I personally do not intend to marry anytime soon. Is having metal tension n confusion of the above normal? What measures shall I take?
